The Integrated Assessment Modeling Consortium (IAMC) works with the climate modeling and climate impacts communities to create new global scenarios.  The first meeting was hosted by Tony Janetos and Jae Edmonds of the Joint Global Change Research Institute, and it was held in the Paris Ballroom of the Sofitel Lafayette Square on February 6-7, 2008 in Washington, DC.

A second meeting was held at IIASA in Austria, September 22-23, 2008.
