This document contains the testimony of James L. Sweeney presented to The Investigations and Oversight Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives Science and Technology Committee on June 2, 1981. The testimony is directed towards energy demand modeling and focuses on the projections of future energy demand with attention to the response of demand to price.
